New - Allow user to choose location where TestBench files are saved, Under Tools->Options->Lifting TestBench->Test Chart Directory.
Enhancement - Don't zip TestBench files on sync. Just move them to a yyyy-MM folder where they can still be accessed/used for "Use Previous Chart" functionality.
